">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology, from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with complex medical, physical and developmental needs.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
