Job Opportunity

Field Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our NSW-based service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing high-end medical devices in public and private hospitals across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations of medical devices
  • Perform hardware and firmware repairs
  • Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety standards
  • Participate in scheduled international training and ongoing development
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in medical devices, preferably with operating theatre exposure
  • Proven field service experience and ability to travel interstate
  • Relevant qualification in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Australian working rights and ability to travel internationally for training
