Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Permit Administrator to join our team in Collie, Western Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our permit administration processes.

About the Role:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files related to permit applications and approvals.
  • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely communication throughout the building permit process.
  • Assist in preparing fee proposals and ensuring accurate invoicing.
  • Supervise the administration team and provide support to enable efficient workflow delivery.
  • Respond to correspondence within acceptable time-frames and ensure data entry is up-to-date.
  • Process invoices accurately and on-time.
  • Sources new clients and sets up their information in our database.
  • Handles operational queries, internal and external, as required.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in procedures and processes.
  • Contributes to general office management tasks.

  6. Strong experience in administration roles.
  7. Experience in the building surveying industry or working for a builder managing permits (preferred).
