We are seeking a skilled Grain Quality Specialist to join our team at Bunge.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for sampling and analyzing grain quality, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily safety pre-start meetings and adhere to OH&S, HR, and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Complete Take 5, Job Hazard Analysis permit & confined space permits where applicable
- Spear and sample incoming grains trucks in line with receival standards
- Analyze grain quality and identify grain defects, including weed seeds
- Enter delivery details and sample data into CSM application
- Monitor Weighbridge data capture
- Record keeping and filing
- Liaise with growers/clients regarding quality issues
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of lab and sampling areas
- Prepare, label, and store audit samples
- Sample and analyze according to GIWA/BUNGE standards
- Develop knowledge of terminal procedures, processes, and policies
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Valid Western Australian C-class driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including email and spreadsheet use
- Able to work independently and under pressure

Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum
Working Conditions:
This role is based in a fast-paced industrial environment with regular exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. The successful candidate will require a valid C-class driver's license and ability to work varying shifts.
