WorkPac is seeking an experienced Permit Administrator to join our team in Collie. This role will involve providing administrative support for the permit process, including documenting and maintaining accurate records and files.

About the Job

This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a leading energy client in the Collie area. As a Permit Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records and files
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders throughout the building permit process
  • Assisting with fee proposals and invoicing
  • Supervising the administration team and providing support for efficient workflow delivery
  • Responding to correspondence within acceptable timeframes

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in an administration role, with excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills. They will also possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, problem solve and show initiative.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of [estimated salary: $80,000 - $100,000] per annum, depending on experience
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong experience in an administration role
  • Experience in the building surveying industry or working for a builder looking after permits (preferred)
