Work Permit Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Work Permit Administrator to join our team based in Collie.
As a Work Permit Administrator, you will be responsible for documenting and maintaining accurate records and files, liaising with clients and external stakeholders, and assisting with fee proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document and maintain records and files
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
- Assist with fee proposals
- Supervise the administration team and provide support for efficient workflow delivery
- Respond to correspondence within acceptable timeframes
- Enter data and use a database
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- SOURCE information and set up new clients
- Handle operational queries, internal and external, as required
- Seek improvements to procedures and processes
- Assist with general office management
Key Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Takes pride in their work with strong attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate, problem solve, and show initiative
- Strong experience in an administration role
- Experience in the building surveying industry or working for a builder looking after permits (preferred)
