Job Title:

Hotel Operations Supervisor

Job Description:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure hotel efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, making adjustments as needed.
  • Manage guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and food & beverage departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel.
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Staff Management:
    • Supervise and mentor department heads and hotel staff.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and provide development opportunities.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service from all guest service departments.
    • Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and local regulations.
    • Oversee safety and security protocols.
  • Process Improvement and Quality Control:
    • Regularly review operational procedures and suggest improvements.
    • Develop and implement best practices to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:
    • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop revenue growth strategies.
    • Collaborate with the Human Resources department to recruit top talent.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
