Strategic Hospitality Leader Role

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute an integrated hospitality strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee operations across multiple venues, including kitchens, bars, events, and hospitality spaces.
  • Optimize labour, cost, and procurement processes to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead culinary and beverage teams to deliver innovative, high-quality offerings that exceed guest expectations.
  • Design and implement sales and revenue strategies across membership, corporate events, and hospitality services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior hospitality leadership roles with a strong background in large-scale environments.
  • Expertise in culinary, cellar, and service operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.
  • Demonstrated success in managing costs, labour, and procurement to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Proven sales and marketing capabilities, improving relevant processes and activities.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences at scale, with the ability to lead large cross-functional teams and drive culture and performance.
