Hospitality Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead our hospitality services in QLD and WA.
This key role is responsible for driving the strategic direction of our business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, financial management, and client relationship building. They will be able to develop and implement effective business strategies, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive business plans and reports;
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers;
- Monthly reporting of operational outcomes to clients;
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports;
- Fostering collaboration with suppliers to drive better products and experiences;
- Providing visibility into financial operations to stakeholders;
- Driving new initiatives across hospitality services;
- Delivering on contractual obligations and performance measures;
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the hospitality services business, including establishing new services and de-mobilizing existing ones.
To succeed in this role, you will need senior leadership experience in hospitality operations, strong financial and client management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire teams while embedding our company's culture.
