We are seeking a customer and solutions-focused Strata Manager to join our team in Hobart.

About the Role:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with owners and committees, providing expert advice on strata-related matters.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in every situation.
  • Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings.
  • Prepare detailed budgets, agendas, and minutes with full support from our departments.
  • Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in enforcing by-laws effectively.
  • Oversee insurance policy placement and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks for building safety and integrity.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Problem-solve and deliver effective solutions.
  • You have experience as a Strata Manager or similar role, able to interpret legislation and communicate it clearly.
  • Develop strong relationships and seek win-win solutions.
  • Ensure timely action, deliver commitments, and meet deadlines.
  • Achieve your goals and celebrate success in a team environment.
  • Familiarize yourself with Microsoft Office programs and have strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
