Strategic Property Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
Delivering high-quality customer service in any situation requires a high level of professionalism and dedication. The ideal candidate will lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings with ease.
In preparation for these meetings, budgets, agendas, and minutes will need to be prepared. Our specialised departments are on hand to provide full support, including an assistant strata manager.
Applying your understanding of strata legislation is crucial in providing sound advice and assisting in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
The role also involves overseeing the placement of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.
