Aged Care Professional

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team based in the central west region of Parkes.
In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our Care Staff, planning, organizing and implementing care in accordance with individual resident aged care plans.
You will also deliver and promote high standards of professional care, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including residents, families, friends, medical professionals and colleagues.
- Requirements:
- Be a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- Have minimum 2 years' experience within an aged care setting
- Possess prior experience in a clinical leadership role (preferred)
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Possess the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
