Job Title: Enrolled Nurse

At Jemalong Retirement Village, you will be responsible for providing high-standard nursing clinical care with an individual, person-centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home.

About the Role:
  • Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
  • Maintain a cooperative team spirit and support your peers
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents by closely following all policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
  • Display a kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Hold current AHPRA registration following completion of a Diploma of Nursing or similar qualification
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Understand AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Possess strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
  • Exhibit good coaching/training skills
  • Effectively resolve conflicts with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach to business
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Be willing to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
