Transformation Leader

This role plays a pivotal part in driving our Cyber Security division's next-generation transformation program for identity management capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust controls that integrate Cyber Security standards and foster structured governance practices.
  • Support and oversee multiple work-streams, collaborating with diverse stakeholders representing technology, risk management, and business operations.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience leading functions in technology, cyber security, engineering, or other technical domains.
  • Expertise in designing and testing Technology risk controls through regulatory, assurance, audits, IT security reviews.
  • Proven delivery track record from complex, large-scale transformation change initiatives in technology, cyber, or digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate abstract technical information into commonly understood business language.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate resilience.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize own work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
