About the Role

Curtis Partnership is seeking an experienced Accounts and Administration Assistant to join their team in the Inner West. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various functions, including accounts payable and receivable, fleet administration, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including raising new supplier details in Xero and assisting with cash payments and receipts posting.
  • Manage fleet and vehicle administration, including organizing motor vehicle registration and insurances, managing fuel and toll cards, and handling all related administrative tasks.
  • Lodge and cancel insurance as needed, and organize payments.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and finance support to the team, working closely with other teams as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable, preferably with Xero.
  • Strong team mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
