About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our accounts and administration functions.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and create purchase orders for goods and services
- Support the administration team in day-to-day operations
- Process refunds and amendments to payments received
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenditure, and sales
- Manage customer records and respond to customer inquiries
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
