About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Success Advisor, where you will be responsible for driving value in the customer lifecycle stages of onboard and use. You will proactively engage with customers through data-driven actions and respond to customer-initiated triggers.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to develop customer relationships and manage accounts to drive retention and satisfaction. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to understand customer needs and ensure they realize the full value of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies to grow usage of our solutions.
  • Provide direct guidance and resources to assist customers with onboarding new solutions.
  • Identify and assist at-risk customers who have low adoption of products to increase the value they receive.
  • Partner with sales teams and other departments to drive customer success motions and resolve issues.
  • Capture customer success stories and identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and manage accounts to drive retention and satisfaction.
