Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a business-focused business analyst, with a track record of interacting with external customers.">
- Demonstrated proficiency in business analysis, including exceptional skills in workflow management, documentation, and process mapping.">
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, characterised by clarity and articulation.">
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and diverse backgrounds.">
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, and Visio.">
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills.">
- Comfortable working with moderate supervision.">
