Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our virtual onboarding process.
Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and develop personalized support plans that meet their goals and expectations.
You will work closely with our initial customer qualifying team to onboard new customers, conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, and create tailored care and support plans.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or related field)
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aged care sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
