Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at our newest premium health club in Doncaster. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by conducting tours, interacting with prospective members, and presenting the benefits of our club membership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing members to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, leverage opportunities, and optimize sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on club promotions, events, and services to effectively communicate value to members and prospects.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus commission incentives.
