Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to providing exceptional health and lifestyle experiences for its members.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Membership Development Representative to join our team in Doncaster, Australia.

Salary: The base salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission incentives and superannuation.

Job Description:

The Sales and Membership Development Representative will play a critical role in driving sales growth and member acquisition for our Doncaster club. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and delivering a memorable membership experience;
  • Closing sales and acquiring new members through face-to-face interactions and telephone sales;
  • Conducting tours of our 5-star facilities to prospective members;
  • Working closely with the Group Sales Manager to support sales initiatives and promotions;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for health and fitness;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets;
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry;
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and days;
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales or a related field (desired).
