Air Freight Export Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Export Specialist to lead and manage our daily operational activities within the Air Freight Export team.
This role is responsible for driving cost efficiency and maximizing revenue on every shipment, supporting the achievement of operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and country targets, and proactively monitoring operational performance to implement process improvements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring resolution of operational issues, coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery, and maintaining high levels of supplier performance and resolving workflow issues.
This role also involves providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to your team, conducting regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities, and achieving productivity and service quality targets.
