Air Freight Export Manager

Lead and manage daily operational activities within the Air Freight Export team, drive cost minimisation and gross profit maximisation on every shipment, support achievement of operational KPIs and country targets, proactively monitor operational performance and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and relevant regulations, maintain high levels of supplier performance, provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to your team, conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
