Executive Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned and commercially-savvy professional to lead our finance function.

About the Role

  • Oversee all aspects of finance including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit.
  • Deliver timely and accurate forecasting, cash flow management and commercial reporting.
  • Provide financial guidance on contract negotiation, project risk and capital expenditure.
  • Manage financial strategy, funding models and relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Oversee project WIP, margin analysis and cost controls to ensure profitability.
  • Guide business systems development and financial process improvements.
  • Play a key role in corporate development, including potential expansion initiatives.
  • Embed strong financial governance, internal controls and compliance frameworks.

About You

  • Proven experience as a senior finance leader within a project-based industry (e.g., engineering, construction, mining, or infrastructure).
  • CA/CPA qualified with sound knowledge of commercial and contract law, financial compliance and corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, WIP and revenue recognition in services or contracting environments.
  • Commercially astute and strategic thinker with strong analytical capability.
  • Highly collaborative leadership style and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable leading in a growth phase with both strategic and operational demands.
