Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for shaping the future of healthcare access in Australia and New Zealand?

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Manager, Market Access to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in health technology assessment (HTA) and reimbursement strategy across AU and NZ.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of local policy, evidence development, and reimbursement processes, as well as experience in HTA submissions. You will also possess excellent client and project leadership skills, a strong track record of successful HTA submissions, and a degree in science, pharmacy, health economics, public health, or a related field.

About the Role
  • Lead technical delivery across HTA submissions to PBAC, MSAC, PHARMAC, PL, and more.
  • Provide expert input into pricing and reimbursement strategy, health economics, real-world evidence, and value communication.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Act as a key client advisor, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and guide consultants and analysts to deliver high-quality work.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in market access, HTA, or health economics in AU/NZ.
  • Proven track record of successful HTA submissions.
  • Excellent client and project leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of local policy, evidence development, and reimbursement processes.
  • Degree in science, pharmacy, health economics, public health, or similar.
