Key Role Overview

This pivotal position empowers the Sales Team by providing actionable insights through data-driven seasonal and financial forecasting, demand planning, and performance analysis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analytics & Forecasting
    • Develop and present sales forecasts aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Monitor weekly sell-through and weeks-of-cover to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to review and manage the Fashion Order Book.
    • Support in-season adjustments.
    • Deliver recommendations to address risks and maximise performance.
    • Publish regular reports on business performance by category and account.
    • Compile QBR and T2T reporting, including professional presentation materials.
    • Planning & Forecasting
      • Execute seasonal and financial forecasting processes.
      • Contribute to Go-to-Market (GTM) planning through forecast inputs and customer financial reporting.
      • Support long-term strategic forecasting aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
      • Reporting & Insights
        • Provide ad-hoc reporting tailored to the Fashion channel and customer needs.
        • Translate retail and sales data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

        Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
        • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP and BI tool experience beneficial.
        • Strong analytical mindset focused on improvement and process optimisation.
        • Detailed understanding of retail math and analysis, enabling effective decision-making.
        • Sharp awareness of retail and consumer trends.
        • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise under pressure.
        • Confident communication skills, skilled at presenting insights.
        • Collaborative team player with proven ability to build strong relationships.
        • Positive attitude supporting a high-performance culture.
        Requisite Education & Experience
        • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
        • Proven experience in data analytics, sales planning, retail operations, or financial forecasting.
