Job OverviewThe role of the Manager, People and Culture team leader is crucial in shaping the workforce of a high-profile organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To establish, lead, and manage the People and Culture team to deliver high-quality people and culture advice, tools, frameworks, and services that support business needs, compliance, and fair practice in people management.
  • To engage external service partners to deliver specialist skills or expertise to ensure critical project delivery and supplement people and culture capability and capacity as required.
  • To lead, manage, develop, and motivate a team of people and culture professionals to ensure team safety and wellbeing, capability, and capacity to meet customer needs.
  • To proactively develop, deliver, and support strategic workforce initiatives and priorities, including the new Parliamentary Service Workforce Strategy.
  • To contribute to corporate performance and governance by attending meetings of the Executive Management Group.
