Job Title: People and Culture Leader

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in spearheading HR initiatives, collaborating with operational teams, and cultivating a positive work environment.

  • Partner with divisional teams to ensure adherence to ISS policies.
  • Support industrial relations and operational leadership.
  • Drive employee recognition, performance, and engagement across key accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and promote a purpose-driven, inclusive workplace.
  • Offer strategic HR advisory and support at site-based locations.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Align learning and development initiatives with business needs and contractual requirements.
About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead both short-term and long-term HR strategies across all divisions within Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, improving retention, promoting development, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.

Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment law.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • High interpersonal, influencing, and customer service skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
