Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in retail environments
  • A customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering outstanding service
  • Retail expertise with at least 4 years of experience and 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Sales-driven and able to increase sales and profit
  • Strategic thinking and ability to tackle challenges creatively
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with computer systems and store tools
