We are part of the Virgin group of companies worldwide and launched our Australian business in 2008 with one club, five studios and a dedicated team of just 50 people. Today, we have a team of nearly 1,000 people and we're building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne.

Located just steps from the Collins/King Tram stop, or Southern Cross Station, our spacious 4,397 sqm Collins Street club is your go-to location for work, rest, and play. Inside you'll find 7 group exercise studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa & sauna, indoor climbing wall and sleep pods. We've also catered for your post-workout-self, with luxury changeroom amenities including Dyson Supersonic hairdryers, ghd straighteners and Apelles products. It's the experience your workout deserves.

**The gig**:
Custom designed bikes fit for dancing as they are for riding, it's the cardio and conditioning total body revolution for the mind, body and soul. With rhythm-based choreography, uplifting playlists and dimmed lighting seamlessly synchronised, riders will be immersed into an environment where they won't even notice they're working out.

You'll leverage your personality to deliver cycle classes where members experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments. You'll be empowered to own the stage and create a culture where the community become raving fans. You'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.

**All about you**:

- You have (or are working towards obtaining) your Cert III in Fitness or a recognised instructor qualification
- You're authentic. You love cycling in your own time
- You're comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community
- You're driven. You love motivating members to experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments in class
- You know how to deliver meaningful classes and encourage mindfulness of the people around you
- You're an athlete and performer. Both equally
