Our vibrant Clubhouses are inspiring meeting places for cycling enthusiasts and coffee aficionados alike. Inside, you'll find a retail space showcasing the latest products, a café serving expertly crafted coffee, and an extensive programme of live racing, rides, and events.

This role is a unique opportunity in an innovative retail environment for someone with a genuine passion for cycling and coffee. The ideal candidate will have experience in various methods of coffee preparation and a proven track record of working in a busy coffee environment.

The job involves crafting world-class coffee, selling and serving delicious baked goods and food items to customers, delivering exceptional customer experiences by engaging with visitors, and maintaining impeccable café standards.

Our Café menu serves only the finest quality produce, and our Clubhouses also screen live racing and host exhibitions and events. We offer a variety of food options and engage with customers on products, events, and live racing within the Clubhouse.

Key Responsibilities:
