Job Title: Disaster Response Coordinator

Job Description:

The role of Disaster Response Coordinator is to implement and maintain a successful Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program to ensure safety and continuous site operations, including system upgrades and new constructions.

This position involves managing facilities construction, operation, and maintenance activities in a remote, self-sufficient 4,400-acre site. The ideal candidate will have at least six (6) years of relevant technical and managerial experience in continuity programs at a federal agency or similar scope.

The successful applicant must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive O&M program to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities and systems.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of facilities construction, operation, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide training and certification programs for employees in areas such as emergency management, disaster response, and business continuity.

A strong understanding of federal regulations and standards related to disaster response and recovery is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in operations and maintenance, with a focus on disaster response and recovery.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective O&M programs.
  • Strong understanding of federal regulations and standards related to disaster response and recovery.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
