Healthcare Specialist for Remote Communities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to provide healthcare services to remote communities.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs, preferences, and goals.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing interventions, including wound care, medication administration, and disease management.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment.
Additional responsibilities include inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
Requirements:- Bachelor of Nursing qualification (or equivalent) and current registration.
- Minimum of 2 years working in remote or rural healthcare settings.
- Ability to work autonomously outside hospital environment.
Prior service experience is desirable.
