The Role:

We are seeking experienced Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Chefs to join our team across multiple locations as our portfolio grows.

  • Assist in maintaining an efficient kitchen operation.
  • Ensure all meals are of high quality and prepared in a timely manner.
  • Utilize fresh ingredients to prepare and present dishes according to a seasonal menu.
  • Practice effective stock rotation procedures.
  • Assist with menu changes when required.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
  • Availability to work varied hospitality hours.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to team members.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred but not essential.
