We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Head Chefs / Sous Chefs / Chefs to join us across multiple locations as our portfolio grows.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Chef to escape city living and work with a growing hospitality team.

The Role :

As a Chef, your daily responsibilities will include :

  • Maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation
  • Preparing high-quality meals in a timely manner
  • Utilising fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to create seasonal dishes
  • Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures
  • Assisting with menu changes when required

Successful Candidate :

To be successful in the role, you will possess the following :

  • Previous experience within a fast-paced commercial kitchen
  • Availability to work any hospitality hours
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with all team members
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred but not essential
