This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Chef to escape the high cost of city living and work for a growing hospitality group.The Role :As a Chef, your daily responsibilities will include :Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation across both venuesEnsuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared in a timely mannerUtilising a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook, and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menuPracticing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation proceduresAssisting with menu changes when requiredSuccessful Candidate :To be successful in the role, you will possess the following :Previous experience within a fast-paced commercial kitchenAvailability to work any hospitality hoursAbility to work well under a high-pressure environmentExcellent communication skills with all team membersCertificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred but not essentialBenefits :The successful candidate will be provided with the following :Full-time position with a competitive salary aligned with your skills and experienceTemporary or discounted accommodation to aid in relocationSupportive kitchen team environmentDaily on-shift mealsAbout us :At Waymark Hotels Group, we work to enrich the vibrant regional communities that we call home.
