Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic leasing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the local rental market and the ability to identify new opportunities.

The successful candidate will have experience in business development within the real estate industry and a proven track record of success in leasing business development roles. You will work closely with our leasing director to develop and implement strategies that align with company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement leasing strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the rental portfolio.
  3. Generate and follow up on leads for new property management business through various channels.
  4. Monitor market trends to assess rental values and provide recommendations to clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, referral partners, and developers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne's rental market, particularly around Melbourne CBD area.
  • Prior experience in business development within the real estate industry.
  • Proven success in a leasing business development role.
  • A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Confident communicator with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Holds a current Agent's Representative Certificate.
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
