Job Title: Portfolio Administrator

The Role:
Manage a well-maintained portfolio of rental properties, with key responsibilities including building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the daily activities of a portfolio of rental properties.
  • Advertising rental properties, preparing leasing documents and confirming personal references.
  • Negotiating leasing terms and conditions ensuring compliance with agency requirements.
  • Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections as well as routine inspections to ensure properties meet safety standards and are well-maintained.
  • Actioning repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Handling tenant enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Managing rental collections, arrears and assisting with month-end closeups.
  • Using PM software to manage and maintain accurate records of all properties and stakeholders.
Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous property management experience is essential
- NSW full Real Estate Licence and/or Certificate of Registration is a must
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- Knowledge of the Ryde marketplace preferred
- Ability to work within a team but also autonomously
- Immaculate personal presentation
