Job Description

This role involves expanding our rental portfolio by securing new business opportunities and managing client onboarding.

  • Develop strategies to grow the rent roll in line with company objectives.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities to expand the rental portfolio.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for new property management business through various channels.
  • Maintain market knowledge to assess rental values and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Buid relationships with landlords, referral partners, and developers.
  • Conduct professional appraisals and prepare agreements.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and key contacts.
  • Ensure smooth handover and onboarding process of new properties.

About You:

  • Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne's rental market.
  • Prior experience in business development within Real Estate.
  • Proven success in Leasing Business Development.
  • A positive attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Holds a current Agent's Representative Certificate.
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
