
Multidisciplinary Team Leader

This is a multidisciplinary leadership position that oversees a team in a clinical environment. The leader will be responsible for managing clinicians and delivering interventions on- and off-site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 7-8 clinicians with approximately equal responsibilities for leadership and clinical work.
- Maintain ongoing support and guidance from the Therapy Manager.
- Have a varied clinical caseload with responsibility for goal-directed intervention, equipment prescription, delivery and review, and community liaison.
- Deliver interventions on- and off-site (homes, schools, community settings) with most sessions conducted on-site in therapy and group rooms.
- Support a culture of innovation and development, including participation in programs to meet client needs.
- Relevant qualifications in allied health or related field.
- Evidence of current registration with relevant professional association.
- A valid driver's license.
