This position plays a vital role in the operational and clinical leadership of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide guidance on evidence-based practices, support performance outcomes, and contribute to strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise clinicians and conduct case reviews
- Guide and support evidence-based practices within the team
- Oversee key partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Train and mentor new clinicians
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives with senior staff members
- Maintain oversight of service KPIs and reporting
- Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (such as Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing or Occupational Therapy), and provisional or full membership with a professional body
- Driver's Licence
The ideal applicant will be an experienced leader with strong clinical experience in youth mental health. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
