As a seasoned Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading our multidisciplinary team with exceptional leadership and office management skills. You will oversee employee contracts, performance, disciplinary matters, and leave requirements, ensuring the highest level of human resource function.

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Practice Manager to join our organization in a full-time permanent position. The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills, technological proficiency, and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Ultimate management and leadership responsibility for the administration team.
  • Employee contracts, performance, disciplinary matters, and leave requirements.
  • Recruitment of other staff.
  • Facilitate induction of new staff.
  • Review of staff performance and appraisal.
  • Supporting administration team.
  • Assist in managing patient complaints.
  • Organise meetings and take minutes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a practice management role.
  • Strong leadership and office management skills.
  • Superior technological skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong financial and budgetary knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.
