Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bathroom Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize our 3D Planner tool to help customers visualize and bring their dream bathroom to life.
  • Conduct site visits to provide updates and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure the showroom is running smoothly and safely at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
  • You should be energetic, take initiative, and be willing to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable using computers and happy to learn new systems.
  • Flexible with regards to working various shifts, including weekends.
  • Able to develop your career either locally, within our network, or head office.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
