Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of care and ensure compliance with state and national guidelines and policies">
  • Promote our childcare program and recruit families and educators to contribute to its sustainability">
  • Support educators and applicants in their professional development and growth">
  • Contribute to the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices within the designated scheme">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Minimum Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care">
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)">
  • Working knowledge of National Quality Standards">
  • Experience in delivering Children's Services or related field">
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing">
  • Experience communicating with various stakeholders, including individuals, small groups, and community organizations">
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, assessment systems, appropriate standards, and quality indicators for young children">
  • Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to promoting and creating a safe and inclusive environment; and legislative requirements of Equal Opportunity and WHS legislation">
