Childcare Educator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Educator to join our team as a Coordinator in Gilles Plains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, caring environment where children can learn and discover.

Job Description:

As Coordinator, your main role is to lead and manage the Before and After School Care programs, planning engaging activities that cater to individual learning and development needs. You will work closely with the team to develop ongoing relationships with children, parents, and the school community.

Requirements:

  • Associate Diploma or higher in Children Services, School Age Education, or Early Childhood Education
  • Relevant certifications, including HLTAID012 (First Aid CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis) and Working with Children Card
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
