Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth and make a significant impact in the retail leasing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and secure new and replacement stores
  • Develop property strategies for the existing network

  • Liaise and negotiate with landlords to secure favourable outcomes associated with landlord works and complex tenure arrangements
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of commercial property leasing experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound knowledge of lease contracts, including financial and legal aspects
  • End-to-end leasing experience, ideally with retailer-side exposure
  • Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
