About the Role:

The Talent Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent within our organization. This includes designing comprehensive talent development programs, partnering with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps, and creating talent review processes that identify high-potential employees and future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive talent development strategies to grow and develop a diverse talent pool, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and develop solutions to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Talent Review and Succession Planning: Create and maintain talent review processes that identify high-potential employees and future leaders, ensuring a robust succession pipeline.
  • Culture and Inclusion: Develop and implement comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies aligned with strategic objectives, promoting a culture of belonging and inclusivity throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • HR Professional: Proven track record as an HR professional with tertiary qualification and minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Management.
  • Talent Management Skills: Experience and knowledge of groundbreaking HR practices and thinking, with the ability to think strategically and operationally to deliver results.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and create buy-in from senior partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Agile in leading change and innovation, with the ability to analyze issues from different perspectives and propose workable solutions.
