Key Responsibilities

Working alongside resourcing specialists, HR business partners, and hiring managers, you will help shape sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and contribute to broader recruitment campaigns.

  • Proactive sourcing, screening, and talent pooling candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and external job boards.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments that impact sourcing strategies.
  • Designing and delivering tailored sourcing campaigns to attract top talent for high-priority roles.
  • Partnering with resourcing partners and hiring managers from the outset to manage sourcing requirements and candidate experience.
  • Engaging talent communities and providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
