Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technology Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and collaborate with our Security team.

  • Provide technical assistance to employees and troubleshoot issues, including network, laptop, and software problems.
  • Collaborate with the Security team to ensure a balance between security, productivity, and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience by designing self-service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, manage, and maintain complex technical projects across various technologies and platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain all technology in our offices, including meeting rooms, audio visual equipment, networking, printers, and digital signage.
  • Experience in administration across various SaaS platforms, including Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra.
  • Understanding of identity provisioning technologies such as SCIM.
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced in implementing technical projects across various technologies and platforms.
  • Experience with scripting, using APIs, and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Experience managing and deploying applications to macOS and iOS.
  • Experience installing, implementing, and maintaining office networks and remote access (VPN/Zero Trust).
  • A keen willingness to learn new technology and the ability to work independently.
