Job Title: Technology Infrastructure Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Technology Infrastructure Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of end-user computing devices and applications across our diverse environment.
- This role will involve leading a team of technical support specialists, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence through strategic vision and technical expertise.
- Lead EUC support operations across various platforms and devices.
- Manage the lifecycle of EUC hardware, applications, and licensing.
- Oversee incident management and service delivery to ensure high-quality support for a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with business goals.
- 5+ years' experience in a senior IT management role, with proven leadership of a technical support team.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS platforms, and corporate applications.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, BigFix, and O365 suite.
